Terms of Service

1)If you use the art you must credit me. Credit me via my YouTube channel, my Instagram, or my Amino. All three are linked in the footers of all sections of this website.

2) Respect that it takes time to do art and it may take a while for me to complete a commission. Do not rush me in any way to get it completed. However, if I do not contact you in a while feel free to ask me for my progression. Odds are I might have forgotten or I suddenly got busy. Art commissions aren't my main source of income, so I prioritize my other job as well as school.

3) I have the right to cancel or decline a commission at any time.

4) After you approve the sketch you have to pay. I will not continue until it is paid for. Do not pay me until I finish the sketch in case I have to cancel the commission. In some cases a refund will not be available so it's better to be safe than sorry.

5) If you approve the sketch I will work on completely finishing the piece. That includes lineart, coloring, shading, and background. I will send you the art piece in its final stage unless you request updates at each step. I will make any necessary changes or additions, however I WILL NOT do any pose alterations or change the character part way through. The ONLY time you can change your character is before the sketch.

6) After the final piece is completed and no changes are necessary I will consider the commission finished and I will no longer alter it. You CANNOT come back a week later asking for changes because chances are I no longer have access to any sort of draft of the art and will not be able to easily change it.

7) You have to give me a COMPLETE reference sheet for drawing your character. If you want a fullbody: make sure you have a fullbody reference sheet. If you just want a headshot: have at least a headshot reference. Please make sure your references aren't super blurry and are flat colored so I can get their colors correct. 


8) If you do not want an OC drawn but want something else instead like a pot of flowers make sure to provide precise details of what you're looking for.
